First thoughts after buying....

Okay so I caved and bought the game. Gameplay is great, the only issues I have is I already notice players missing in the minor leagues ( Rusney Castillio ) I don't know how they can put out a game and say they have all the minors without all the minors. But my biggest issue is I can no longer insert legends into franchise lineups. They sit in free agency purgatory, and you only can expand your payroll by paying more money!! That's crazy. I really wanted David Ortiz on my team without a Fantasy draft

turn off payroll if you want to play with legends without doing fantasy draft.
Or add David Ortiz to Red Sox roster then import that roster to Franchise -
I did that at first but restarted, because it's s unrealistic without a payroll. I tried looking everywhere to add ortiz and other legends and put them them individually on rosters like i did in 18' but the rosters management area doesn't' have the legend teams that you can take players from. So looks like my options are fantasy draft, no payroll, or no legends. hmmm decisions

MAIN MENU -> OPTIONS -> ROSTER CONTROL -> SELECT TEAM -> MANAGE CPU ROSTERS -> PLAYER MOVEMENT -> Add David Ortiz from Long Ball Beasts to Boston Red Sox DATA UTILITY -> SAVE DATA -> ROSTER then start up franchise with that roster file
