Starting Pitcher - Filthy break perk condition

for those who were able to unlock filthy break perk as a pitcher in RTTS. What was the condition? That's the only perk I have left to unlock and it's driving me crazy.

It was the last perk for me and it just unlocked one day. I think it was in the playoffs if that makes a difference.

Thanks! I suspected that since it was a playoff referenced perk that it might pop up in the playoffs. You don't recall any strange or memorable pitching related event for that game?
