How many custom rosters can be put in franchise mode ? The reason I ask, is because I have a team already with fully created players but I want to mix it up with a few more, but I found out you can only have "ONE" loaded roster at a time before going into Franchise mode, therefore it's making it difficult to add the handfull of others I want to put on a specific team... Though in Franchise, I think there is a way to do this or not ???

To my knowledge you get only one roster to start a franchise. I've never done it but I think you can create players and add them. Seems like a tedious process but that's the only way I can think of.

As far as I'm concerned, you should be able to port players into your franchise every time the live roster comes out. I don't want to keep starting a franchise over just because they dribble out adding players that should have been there to begin with.

Also, maybe if the devs stop including themselves they could add actual players when the game is released. No one asked for Chris Clemens, Ramone Russell, etc to be included. If they want to put themselves in the game, they can create themselves like we all have to.

@ralph13m_PSN How is a franchise suppose to work then if you keep adding new players into teams?

The AI wouldn't have any idea how to manage budget, prospects, etc.

The way I look at it, once I start a new franchise, I'm in my own multiverse that branches off from reality.
