Give players that are not elite or good 90+ OVR cards for fun

I want to see SDS increase its player card content by 90+ card versions of almost every player we did not expect like I would love to see a 95 OVR Bryan De La Cruz or a 95+ Rece Hinds or a 95 Victor Vodnik or something like that. It would be nice to see not the best players get good cards in DD as a fun program instead of always using great to elite players

This is what Topps Now and Monthly awards is for, but they arbitrarily cap it at a 3 card program each week.

And thinking about it, the best SS in the game right now is a mediocre player that just happens to have a swing everyone loves
