Is this a bug?

I completed all seven moments in the Oscar Charleston storyline but it didn't give me the card. Am I missing something? Do I need to do the entire storyline again?

Redo one of his moments if that doesn't work then send a support ticket to SDS

@dad_dadderson_PSN This happen to me on several of the cards. After sending in several tickets I was told to make sure to watch all the intros and outros on all the players and I also did the last moment again and made sure to not back out until the card is actually shown.

I'm totally confused. First the fielding moment, no prompt for Mackie? I place the glove where the target is, can't throw just watch the guy go to 2nd Base, what am I doing wrong? Same with the next guy, fielded a grounder to 3rd, that was the easy part ...have to hit apparently 5 icons before the guy gets to 1st Base, sorry I guess i'm too slow, i get to three, tops. This game continues to give me excuses NOT to buy the next iteration, but every year I buy the next one and I cannot complete these what must be for others simple tasks. I simply cannot do this!
