Because he is a talented young man who is finally getting his shot to play everyday and prove he is uncommon. OP bought 80 of his cards, probably at 5 stubs a pop. That is a 400 stub investment. If he is upgraded to a bronze on Friday his card instantly becomes valued at 25 stubs each. Think about that for a second. OP has a chance to turn 400 stubs into 2000 stubs. That is 1600 free stubs. That is why we care.
