No Gameupdate 10 No fix CO-OP issue

I'm seriously losing my mind here. I've been hoping every update would finally fix the CO-OP issues.
They kept promising, "Next update will fix it."
And what did we get? The longest gap between updates since the game launched.
Meanwhile, cheaters are walking away with World Series rewards,
while we're stuck getting bullied because we're too afraid of getting banned to fight back.
Sometimes the opponents quit the game, and we're the ones who get Freeze
It really feels like all they care about is tweaking card ratings, not supporting the people who actually play the game.
How can a CO-OP issue that obviously needs a hotfix be left broken for this long? -
@BigLemon487_PSN they never said next update they’ll fix it, the best they said was they were hoping to have a fix soon. So the fact we don’t have an update yet could mean it’s a good sign, or a big one, or that they’re prioritizing other bugs, or just another retired jersey being the wrong colour in a stadium.

2.5 weeks without even addressing it shows they either don’t care or don’t have the right people working that can fix issues quickly. I’m starting to think they are a having a hard time fixing it. Call outside help SDS if your staff isn’t able to do it. 2.5 weeks. It will be 3 weeks on Friday when I originally submitted a ticket about this exploit.

Just for your own peace of mind, I can assure you that the team has been working hard on this one and things are looking good, as of now, for it to be addressed in the next update.

What is this scripted answer I got Joe that doesn’t talk about cooldowns once? They clearly didn’t read or care about any of the tickets or reports I sent in.
I’m reporting players and giving feedback and they are replying back saying cooldowns are frustrating ? I do not disconnect or exploit , never had a cooldown or mentioned cooldown in any of my tickets / reports.
How can we have faith in you guys as developers when you’re clearly lying about us being heard?
We are sitting around 930 points in co op, have lost over 200+ points to cheaters this season. Have not lost a single game other wise. Everyone in top 100 co op ranking is a cheater with losing records, some don’t even have a single run scored. That is the state of the game currently.
I appreciate your response nonetheless but this is just insulting. Why am I wasting my time reporting every cheater that has admitted to cheating with proof if this is the response.

The reply from Miguel was not insulting, in any way, shape, or form.
I really don't know what you expect from the man. You know, he isn't asking me to defend him, and I don't work for SDS nor accept a penny from them. I'm just a paying customer of their game. But, you know, there is something untoward about taking a reply received from an SDS employee and plastering it all over the forum for everyone to read and calling it insulting.
That's not how you encourage someone to see things your way. It is rightly termed off putting. And in that regard, I think I'm being very kind to you!
You know, some people cheat. Just like some people break the law. We don't go around blaming cops for people breaking the law, or at least we shouldn't. You cannot pass a law to prevent crime, and in the same way expecting SDS to code up a video game featuring online play options that truly prevent cheating is equally unrealistic.
Truth is, people who cheat should be treated much the same way as people who break the law. The cheaters should be banned from playing online, using their console ID's for that purpose. But, it is just like blaming the US Treasury for the presence of counterfeiters. No matter what degree of work goes into printing currency, there will always be those who try to pass off counterfeit.
Addendum: I did one better than "try again," given your rude reply, I simply blocked your account and so nothing you wrote even appears.

So if you give a detailed police report about a crime and the cops give you a response that has nothing to do with the report because they didn’t even take down the report, that’s still okay?
Again, what are you even talking about. I don’t care if you blocked me the only responses that are relavent here are from SDS staff not some random who can’t clearly read. Stop embarrassing yourself and yapping about stuff that is completely irrelevant to my original complaint.

@PriorFir4383355_XBL -- I hope it goes without saying that my intention here isn't to diminish anyone's concerns. On the contrary, I've tried to be visible in addressing this issue for the community and making sure everyone knows that our team understands the frustration and are working to deliver a fix.
@ooooooookayy_XBL -- It's hard for me to comment fully on this screenshot as I haven't seen your tickets or been a part of your conversation with support.
All of that said, I say this sincerely: This issue is frustrating to say the least and anyone who has encountered it has every right to be upset and/or angry about it. Full stop. Our team understands that and has worked hard on a fix for the issue that we plan to include in the next update.

I hope SDS does the right thing and do mass bans, take away icons or wipe the leaderboards so everyone starts like how they ended last season.
I’m sorry for being so frustrated but this is just not okay. You are going to lose a loyal player base that actually play the game at a high level and invest lots of time + money.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN What you or anyone at SDS have not addressed is how you are going to deal with the cheaters. Will there be any repercussions at all? It’s one thing to use an exploit to your advantage. It’s another when it negatively affects other people. Our choices have been try to play honestly and lose rating or not play at all. This cannot go unpunished and it needs to be significant bans.

I mean being visible and saying you understand frustrations is what you should be doing in the first 48 hours of the glitch appearing. It's been over 2 weeks, with you having already said it would be included in the next update over a week ago, and then the game did not drop an update on the day in which it usually has done for the past few weeks.
To say nothing of the fact that when you originally said it would be included next update several people inquired as to when they could expect that update and you declined to answer. Now we are getting the same exact information (i.e. Next update, but no word on when that update is arriving.) over a week later.
I appreciate what you do here or at least what you are trying to do and understand that at times it can be a thankless job but do you see how the current state of your communication doesn't really help us?

This game is copy and pasted, the Co-op has a quit glitch the Dev's refuse to patch, the All star difficulty for each level is lackluster and clearly had no taught put into it. Me and my buddy grinded to 700 hoping to finally play a Hof difficulty game, and nope another boring uncompetitive All star level at 700 makes no sense, at 600 makes no sense either. It's like we have to ask EA or 2k to make a game so we can at least have a progression styled fun with friends competitive franchise. But no where stuck with this copy and paste trading card cash grab mode. So when we say hey let's still be loyal and play the co-op mode, these guys wont even fix it. But still makes these twitch streams showing what card is coming out, hey here's a bright idea instead of new cards why don't you fix the game that we all are already playing. I mean at least can we get a harder difficulty so the game feels realistic, and actually be fun. Hitting home runs on All star is like getting a UAV on Call of duty any noob can do it. Baseball is suppose to be a hard competitive sports not this everyone gets a
all star Ehhhhhh who cares version we have. Can we get someone who actually cares that we love baseball to fix this game so we feel like we didn't waste our money buying this copy and paste edition oh MLB the Show. -
I really don't understand how people can constantly call this game boring and that it's copy and pasted every year.
