You can't sue for legal fees, that might be the stupidest thing ive ever seen, it has to be prewritten into the original contract, and the loser would have to pay a set amount of legal fees. This would mean if you lost, you would have to pay sds for suing them. -

You can sue for whatever you want and for however much you want, but that doesnt mean youll win, and even if you could win, the jury probably wont give you everything you asked for because they can decide how much you would win.
