One doesn't need a JD to know you are full of yourself and are very ignorant of the law. You are just like every other person each year that comes into this forum and makes this claim. It doesn't take a genius to figure out why every time you keyboard wannabe lawyers come in here, you walk away with you head down and tail between your legs and disappear for a year without there ever being a lawsuit. You are no different from those other keyboard warrior wannabe lawyer. Just like every other claim, this will give any real lawyer with a JD and have passed the Bar exam a good laugh and then show you the door leading out of their office.

You have nothing and know one believes you can do anything except for others that are ignorant and believe everything the read on the internet! Fortnite case was totally different. I’m calling my attorney now. He’s gonna go for 50k now. I can’t sleep over this, I’m missing work. Even though I didn’t win and the clear winner didn’t win. I feel duped and traumatized, that a company can take advantage of me in the hopes to win a prize. I can think of many acronyms that SDS stands for and the word Suckers is one of the letters.

Promising people something then not giving it without a clear explanation is very shady. They do that what else can they do?

They gave a clear explanation. There was an issue with the coding which allowed players to tank their records, so they could play lesser skilled players, and still receive rewards from the actual level.
Plus the leaderboards were all screwed up even before the contest was over.
Also, if you played in the weekend classic, even though you didn't pay to play, you were technically gambling. You can't sue someone if you lose at gambling. Even if you state false advertisement. If so, people would be suing everytime they lose at a lottery ticket.
Plus, does the OP have video or written proof that SDS stated what a player would win? Does he have video, or a picture, proof that he came in first?
Also, I'm pretty sure there is something in the 'contract' that SDS has for Weekend Classic that states any prizes won are given at the sole discretion of SDS.
Also, what's the monetary value of what he supposedly can sue? A handful of packs and stubs with a possible value of $150?
Good luck filing a mass lawsuit and having thousands of people sign up for it. Even if SDS would lose; the most anyone would get is a Show pack full if Bronze and Common players.
