Why did the market crash?
-
I bought a few cards as an investment for when this big collection came out, and I hopped on as soon as it dropped, not a minute later. And these cards have dropped over 1,000 stubs from when I bought them. Will it rise? This is my first time investing so I'm not sure how it goes.
-
Probably because a ton of people did exactly what you did. Also, not many people are gonna be excited about Scott. He was a good player, but not many people under the age of 30 are gonna even know who he is.
People might be selling off cards to get the new Jorge.
I made a good profit, but I sold all my cards before the collection dropped. I

It's sad you're right. But people under 30 need to learn about the greatest defensive 3B to ever play the game. Who could have won MVP's if not for competing against the likes of Pujols on his own team.

Plus there is a flash sale coming
-
@go4stros25_PSN will it go up at all? or should I just sell them now and take the L
-
@CDNMoneyMaker93_XBL whens that coming?
-
@Fiinxtic_XBL now
-
@Fiinxtic_XBL your call. With the flash sell, now is the time to be buying not selling. If you did like i did and bought your cards at or near quicksell it might be worth it to sell them to get your stubs back and grab one or two of the expensive players that dropped. I just bought bryan Reynolds for 97k.
-
@Fiinxtic_XBL but yes the market will go back up. Sds purposely put out this flash sale to ruin alot of people's investment. They know what they are doing. They didn't want a bunch of people making hundreds of thousands of stubs by investing in pipeline players.
-
@go4stros25_PSN I'm assuming when the flash sale ends the market will go back to normal? Is that how it works? Like would the cards I invested in be worth more after?
-
@Fiinxtic_XBL that all depends on which card you invested in, and how much you bought them for.
-
@go4stros25_PSN Lesson learned.
-
Tariffs. Read a newspaper.

@CDNMoneyMaker93_XBL Am i missing something? only thing I see in the flash sale is chase packs.
