I love the Live Series Collection Grind more than anything but I know I'm not the luckiest person in the world and probably won't pull Shohei/Trout/Bobby Witt jr. I Currently need Judge, Shohei, Trout, Jose Ramirez, Yordan, Mason Miller, Corey Seager, Juan Soto, Bryce Harper, Zach Wheeler, Ketel, Mookie, Freddie Freeman, and Tatis. Who of these people should I just buy and get out of the way, and who should I just hope to pack?

Always go after the top tier diamonds to buy. If you pack them later, you can sell them and they hold their value the longest. Case in point, I have completed the live series collection (NMS). I targeted the top their cards first (outside of Ohtani, he ended up being my last card to get which I purchased the Friday weekend classic started) and have packed Soto three times. The first one I collected and have sold the last 2 for huge profits. I bought both Tatis and Lindor only to end up packing them later to sell.

I would vote for buying the ones you’re more likely to actually play with in game. I bought Tatis the other day and he’s been insane for me. Packed a Trout early on and he’s been my best hitter all season.

See I disagree. The cards lose value the more you use them so I would suggest buying cards to work towards collections that you don't plan on using in the game.

I usually work my way up to the most expensive cards unless they're ones you plan to use. The longer I hold off buying them, the more opportunities I have to get lucky and pull them to save the stubs .

@dbrooks1869_XBL yea I think I'll buy the 70k-150k cards and try to pull the 200k cards. Can't hit for [censored] with judge anyway lmao.
