Slow double
-
why catchers? just cuz they're slow?
-
@BLAISEBLAISE_PSN you got it dude..
-
@BLAISEBLAISE_PSN Because it takes a long time to find 9 players that slow unless you go to Catchers, where like 1/4 of them are.

that makes sense. when I was searching I got to bronze and had only like 4.. took like half n hour

@BLAISEBLAISE_PSN You don't need a whole team. Just use David Ortiz and Gary Sanchez. In a game vs CPU at Polo Grounds they will hit a double sometime within that game if you use your regular people in the other positions. SF Giants have the slowest outfielders in both speed and reaction. These two bats can hit them over their heads into the bullpen for a double easily!
-
@BLAISEBLAISE_PSN Yeah, if there was a filter by speed rating or a more complicated goal, I would have recommended differently, but the catcher workaround gets you a sufficient lineup in a couple minutes.

for sure im not op and finished this pretty quickly with Ortiz, but good info

Oh, and the v.BOS tip is also useful so you can bat first and never play D. You don't need to meet the Plate Appearance minimum for the goal to count. Playing Polo Grounds requires you to be Home and play some D.

Doesn't even need to be polo, Coors is big easy to hit doubles there even with slow guys, Miami and Detroit have big outfield too as does SF with triples alley, Texas is big but those guys are Olympic track stars, Boston is a good idea except for the fact that Papi likes to hit over the monster and not off it

I did it with LS Salvador Perez at Polo. I had Papi and Sanchez in the lineup too, but I love Salvador's swing. Got lucky and hit a perfect out to deep center that bounced into the stands. He must have hit it 450+.
