Missing Rewards/Packs

Anybody else have this issue this morning? I completed the April spotlight program and the rewards popped up after a ranked game but I went to open the packs and they weren’t there?
How can I submit a ticket?

Same thing happened to me, except I'm missing like 7 shows packs and 2 Ballin is a Habit packs. I have tried submitting tickets and I posted about it on here but have heard nothing. Good luck

Good luck. I got screwed out if a 50pk bundle, from the last Multiplayer Program, and submitted a ticket.
Even though it was definitely an error on their (SDS) part; they pretty much replied with 'Get Bent'.

im still missing Hilton smith and did the 42 conquest 4 times, sent a ticket and still no card and no response at all. All missions are dont on the 42 map also and nothing missing

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN the support is legitimately so terrible. There are so many people missing rewards its insane.
