How long does it take to look up someone's game history?

Submitted a ticket for my 50pk bundle I couldn't unlock, because I didn't get credit for the 1 Hit in Ranked Mission, during the last Multiplayer Program on Monday.
Got the generic reply Tues. Then yesterday, Thurs Ap 17th, got a reply that they were researching it.
It's now Fri the 18th. Chances are a new Chase card will be released today and I want a chance at getting Randy.
How long does it take to look up someone's game history. Especially when it's on the most recent page of my Games Played list.

I did a ticket Monday and got no response. Also followed up email to that ticker and no response

You're probably the only one with a ticket in so I wouldn't think it would take too long.

Considering my Trout, Judge, Ohtani, J-Ram, Witt, and Randy are in that 50pk; you understand why I'm complaining.
