Who has been living under a rock apparently and had 0 idea that you could do a cache clear on PS5s

I’ve had my PS5 since Feb of 2022. I’ve obviously never done one until today and wow, it’s amazing how much more smooth things are running.
Played an event game and maybe it’s just a placebo but I felt like the game was running so smoothly
I highly encourage PS5 players to do this. From what I read, once a week is ideal

For xbox as far as I know we just hold the button down until it kills and then restart. Cache cleared.
