I need help getting the error " An unhandled server exception occurred "

Happy Easter everyone.
I'm still in the error loop.

Still waiting on them.
I understand that the Coronavirus outbreak might be keeping them away from the office but I'm not sure as we are still getting updates to the game..
Seeing a few others on Twitter also locked out like I am.
I keep updating so others can join in or have an account of what happens to me with the issue if they get stuck with it.

Did you send an email to support and file a bug report? I would do both, it can only help. Also, keep bumping this. Hope it gets resolved for you.

I did email after using bug report here but I think they piled it into one ticket.
Not trying to make them look bad or take them on but I've gotten others to buy the game from my word of mouth so I feel they should help resolve or set a timeline.

Got a reply asked me to unplug for 30 seconds which I've done but I did it anyhow in case they had sent out some fix in the code of the update it didn't work. My case was marked solved lol but it reopened when I replied.

They are replying a bit more now but same issue.
The questions they are asking like " okay to confirm you used auto set lineup and this happened ?" are a bit worrying to me but maybe they are trying to recreate it on their end.
Nine days and counting it's making my desire to grind for cards really low and causing to consider moving off the game which sucks despite it's flaws I really love MLB the show and the people in the community.

It might look like the game loaded but you can see Tommy Pham gets his image put into my lineup and then I get ce-34878-0 error code from PS4 and have to restart the app.
I would have shown that in the clip but the PlayStation doesn't let you clip from the error screen.

They fixed it for me and one of the two tagged I think @DConn24 is still stuck at the moment I had to adjust via the show nation sqauds first because the console still looked glitched so I didn't even click into it just went to TSN and adjusted the lineup after getting an email ticket update to try again.

10 days is a lot of lost time. It’s be nice if they’d compensate you in some way, be it with some packs or stubs. @Victor_SDS why not hook this man up?

I feel I am a ways behind where I would have been hoping for something for the troubles for sure. Really happy to be back to a fully functional game.

Yep, been getting them a lot the last hour. Haven’t seen this error since the show 18.

Been getting it since yesterday. Everytime I start the game I get the error 2-3 times when trying to enter DD, eventually get in and don’t see the error anymore after that.
