So I completed the Conquest map for Jackie Robinson day and Smith is nowhere to be found in my inventory??

Ahhh bummer. I mostly play offline and since it popped up while playing I did that Conquest quickly after it came online, but then I went to add him to my team and that wasn’t even an option.

I didn't get him after completing conquest.

Just double checked and he is showing in my inventory. I just finished the map about an hour ago, not sure if that matters or not.

I submitted a ticket and they gave me the card in less than an hour. -

I get it’s better than nothing, but there really should be a way to push awards through when there is a known issue and a specific trigger for that reward. It should not be up to the users to request the award for the program they completed.

I’m guessing if you finished it early on you got the short end of the stick. I finished it right away after it was launched and nothing hours later. So now apparently if you’re in that boat you have to submit a ticket

I think what happened to you is that WC stats did not count as ranked seasons. I hope they give you the pack but it’s a long shot.
Next time do it in co-op with a random if WC already started.

Well, unless they add them later. There aren't any mode specific missions yet.

If you go to theshow.com there is a "Support" link at the top. Click through there and after selecting The Show 25 you should see a link to "Request Help".
