Used a pinch runner and then wasn't able to replace them on defense? Also all stats in game got messed up

I have a Oriole franchise and I was in the 8th inning. Hit a single with Adley. I have Enrique Bradfield, Willi Castro, Samuel Basallo, and Ildemaro Vargas as bench options. Pinch ran with Enrique. Next batter was walked and I double stole. Then popped out. Bottom of the 8th I tried to replace Enrique at catcher with Basallo, but when I went to the substitution screen my entire bench was empty other than pitchers. I never brought in any other than Enrique for a baserunning spot. But was forced to stick with him at C for the rest of the game considering I had no bench somehow. I won and then at the end of game it had all the player stats messed up, saying Enrique went 3/4 with 2 HRs even though in reality he never had 1 at bat, Kjerstad 2/4 even though in reality he was 0/4, Mullins 0/4 even though In reality he was 2/4, Lamonte Wade 0/0 even though he was 1/4... some starter show only 1 at bat? Apparently I only had 26 at bats in the game even though I scored 8 runs on 13 hits....

@Ebers1998_MLBTS this is concerning… this was a huge issue years ago. Somehow it looks like it’s made its way back. With the bullpen menu locking up, I’m scared to even turn this game on lately. If this is back… I’m gonna have to find something else to play for awhile if it happens to me.
