Scouts Keep Changing Assignments

I have EVERYTHING set to manual and two out of my three scouts keep changing their scouting assignments the day after I assign them a position to look at. This is the first time I have ever had this issue, and I’ve played franchise every year on The Show for the last decade. I’ve seen a couple other users say this happens when they go multiple years into their franchise but I’m only in the first year of this one on 25.
