Why do we have to buy the 3rd again in the 2nd inning?
Was this explained beforehand? This doesn't seem right. -
Because they want you to and it is a bit of a Stub sink.
Back in the day, if I am not mistaken we only got 1 boss pack per inning so this is a step up from there but a step back from last season. And because they gave only one pack back in the day the bosses always were pretty expensive.

This was how it usually was before Sets & Seasons except the previous format was even tougher because you only were able to unlock one boss then had to buy the other two off the market.

2023 I think you got 3 of 5 bosses with other boss packs as a silver reward in the wheel
