Pinball Pack

So, I just opened the game and rolled a diamond ultra 1 pack and then I go to open the pack inside of DD and it’s nowhere to be found??? The one time I roll a diamond pack this happens.
How do I get my pack?

You probably already got and opened it. The "pinball" , as you call it, animation only plays after games and when you open the game. So if you got the xp from some collection or something you would have gotten the reward without the animation.

@trfatboy22_PSN I may not be understanding you correctly so my apologies if I’m wrong, but wouldn’t that mean that I had already opened the same pack I “rolled” cus I haven’t opened 1 ultra pack either in forever or ever.

Thanks for reaching out, I'd be happy to help. The team is aware of the visual bug currently impacting the wheel spin, and we're working on resolving the issue. Ultimately, you may have seen a false spin or already opened/received the rewards but because of the error, it may appear that you didn’t get anything at all.
I was able to check into your account and see that you have completed the spin and properly received rewards. In your case, here are the rewards:
