Has anyone else stopped getting their program rewards?

I'm just curious if it's me or if it's a common issue, but whenever I get to the page to spin the wheel, it's all silvers, and then I proceed to get no reward. Please refer to the video, it's happened twice now, and I'm not quite sure what to make of it, aside from "FILE A TICKET"

Same thing happened to me. All silvers and all of the rewards possibilities are missing around the border of the screen. Not happy to say the least

yea that happened last time I had a wheel spin but I'm pretty sure I got a fresh start pack.

I haven’t received the rewards from my last 3-4 spins. Bummer - the last one was my first gold landing spot on the wheel since launch
