In game Bruce Bolt equipment not available

I was playing against the Diamondbacks and noticed that Katel Marte had a Bruce Bolt elbow guard. I thought it was weird because there isn’t one to buy in the equipment inventory. I went to roster control to edit players just to see if it was a real equipment piece and sure enough, serval players wear it. Why isn’t this an option to buy as equipment? Would love to add it to my RTTS player. It just makes no sense to have a foot guard to purchase but no elbow guard, yet it is clearly an option to put on players in the roster control menu. Any thoughts or news on this?
