Opinions on World Series Reward Steve Carlton?

For those that have used him, how does he fare? I’ve yet to face him and just chose him, hoping he’s pretty good.

Just used him for the first time in Ranked today. HOF difficulty and he was effective for about 5 innings
I could tell me opponent was close to picking him up so went to the bullpen but he was pretty solid on HOF
All comes down to knowing how to tunnel your pitches and picking up on where your opponent is looking for a pitch
