Ps5 to Xbox series x

I made the switch because I tried Xbox and there is an astronomical amount of less input lag for controls and I couldn’t believe it. Anyway. Is there a way to move my inventory over?

Do you realize how sad it would be if it becomes better on xbox? Didnt this game start out as a sony exclusive for the longest? It should work fine on every platform but IF one is gonna be better/worse, youd not expect this outcome imo. Lol

Link your XBox and PS accounts making your PS account your primary and you will have your current progress on your XBox.

@Blind_Bleeder_PSN how does that work? I might even grab an xbox if you can transfer progress. I have a ps5 in the living room and a ps4 pro in the bedroom which i never use. Might sell/trade it and pay the difference for an xbox for games like this.

It's not a transfer; it has nothing to do with the consoles. Progression is saved on the servers under your account. When you link accounts, one account is made primary and the others are sub-accounts. Only the progression on the primary account is shown; everything else is hidden.
Here is an old thread about linking a Switch to a PS account, but it doesn't matter which console; the method is the same for everything. The most important thing to remember is to make the account you have progression on the primary account. If a mistake is made and an account that doesn't have progression on is made primary, nothing is deleted or lost; it's just hidden. To fix it, unlink everything and begin over, making the primary account the one with the progression.

@Blind_Bleeder_PSN gotcha, thanks. Thats one thing I've always been confused by the show. Always giving you multiple options for whoch account to link or use to login.

Log into the market website under both accounts. The account that holds your inventory is the account that has your progression.

ya just link your accounts. you can do it on this site. I've had the game for both consoles last year and it was no issue. play the XB at home and PS5 at work and both get updated seamlessly.

That’s funny, I play on the Xbox series x and the game is almost unplayable for me online & offline this yr. . Moments only load half the time, timing & lag is terrible all of time on hitting & meter pitching in DD and Franchise against the computer, and games freeze . Haven’t been able to try anything else because I’m to frustrated getting through a game !

@Blind_Bleeder_PSN is the best. I followed his instructions when I switched from PS5 to Xbox in 2023. No issues.
