Pitching perks not unlocking, team pinch hitting my player late in the game despite leading the team in RBI, HR, and batting average. As a catcher, when pitches are called, the pitchers never EVER hit the spot I call. Even a 4 seam fastball called down the middle of the plate sails high or spikes into the dirt. Professional players have a bit more control than that.

This seems to concisely sum up a number of issues that we are all facing and are not understanding the thought process behind stealing opportunities from us in a game...a game first of all for fun and enjoyment. I can't understand why any developer would think that we would prefer to have these opportunities taken away from us under the guise of "realism"...total hogwash. What an idiotic idea. Pay for the opportunity to create a fantasy and have it arbitrarily taken away...is just the dumbest decision possible.
