Errors What is going on ?

I've been off here for a bit so I might missed any discussion about this...too many errors to speak of the most common are throwing to second base pulls the fielder off 60% of the time , SS standing there letting the ball bounce behind them and throwing in general , ground to the pitcher try to get the force at second bad throw 75% of time its crazy....anyone else having this issues or similar ?

Do you use button accuracy? Because I haven’t had one issue with errors on thrown balls for 4 years. The problem with fielding is with outfielders not catching balls and getting wonky animations
