Can’t play any online modes

Hey, I’m looking for a fix to this issue I’ve been having since last year. I’m not able to play any online modes in diamond dynasty or exhibition. I can play a VS. CPU modes just fine so my connection can’t be that bad. This is really frustrating because I was able to play just fine on MLB 24 not to long ago. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, my PlayStation is plugged into a Ethernet so it’s pretty consistent. I need answer on why this is happening. I spent 80 bucks on this game for the grind and now I can’t enjoy my hard work how it was intended. Please if anyone has the answers I need help now!!!
