Club options?

Did they take away being able to negotiate club/player options on the contracts w free agents?
I don't see it anywhere. I don't think I did a franchise last year but decided to start a Pirate one this yr and noticed that.
Any other big differences I should know about?

@EmberBurnsAll13_PSN they had to add in the "new" FA logic. Gotta subtract before we add apparently.
