Saving 1 stadiums turns into 2 stadiums why does that happen?

I created 1 SINGULAR STADIUM and now there is 2 when I saved it after only using 1 slot to save my stadium and for some reason Blank Canvas is the 1st slot and the 2nd is the stadium I made
