How to Call Time as a Batter and View the fielders?

For the life of me, I cannot figure out after searching on Reddit, YouTube, etc. I used to be able to hit down on the cursor on PlayStation and it would call time as the batter it no longer does anything. I also used to be able to click the right stick and it would show me a bird eye view of the field Without using the pause timer. How do I do either of these things now anybody know?

I think you hold r2 and click the right stick now

Down on the dpad still calls time for me, as long as the pitcher hasn't started his motion.
