Pre-Order Bonuses Not Given

I pre-downloaded the game on Xbox and went to my “manage game and add-ons” menu and saw my pre-order bonuses and they’re labeled as “Add-ons that don’t require download” but I still haven’t received my Pre-Order bonuses. What should I do?

You really didn't look too hard. If you scroll all the way up on this page, it says SUPPORT on the top right. Click that and follow the prompts.

Go to support and send them a ticket and they will look into it.
