My starter pack didn't come but my brothers did, why am I not getting my starter pack, my brother paid for early access for my switch and my account is linked on the same switch as my brothers and we have separate switches, why did I not get my benefits?

If you don't have separate games on each Switch, both of you will not get the packs.
