Do Stubs Roll Over?

This may be a commonly known thing, but I'm new still fairly new to the game and I can't find any info on this.
I've got some 450k stubs saved up in The Show '24 that I'm unlikely ever to use there; can those be brought into The Show '25 somehow, or do I have to start from nothing again? (I typically use the stubs to buy equipment for RTTS, so that would set me up with a lot of top-level gear) Thanks!

Yes. That is why you should be flipping 24/7 now so that you can complete the collection day 1!
