Re: Perfect Perfect flyouts Just had to vent about my last game and found this, so I had 3 perfect, perfect hits in a game all lazy flys, I had 12 hits but the perfect kept killing me, ended up losing in a ranked game to a guy who couldn't hit me so he bunted 12 times, when I picked the ball up it wouldn't throw or would throw to the wrong base (not the one I chose), my outfeilders also felt like they had a delay for 2-3 seconds before they would move, it was obnoxious.

According to your game log here were your Perfect/Perfects

    Perfect Contact Hits (Perfect-Perfect)
Arenado: 93 mph (Arenado flied out to CF (F8). )
Nootbaar: 103 mph (Nootbaar grounded to center for a single. )
Gorman: 105 mph (Gorman doubled to center. )
Goldschmidt: 110 mph (Goldschmidt grounded to left for a single. )

And yes it looks like he abused the bunts some. He bunted 7 times.
    3 for hits.
1 to sacrifice in a run
    3 outs

You also bunted 3 times - all for outs.

    Sorry you lost

There are dozens of threads wrongly making the same point that misses what the message means. If you only want to [censored] and moan in public, you won't care to look. If you care to learn how the game works, then you will. Your choice.

Perfect perfects are outs in real life baseball so no they shouldn't be homeruns or hits. Everyone wanted the game to be realistic and SDS did that

Exactly … Especially when everybody has probably done it himself in real life … square up a ball … line-drive directly into a glove. A high percentage of balls are going to be hits. That is good and that is how it should, because the game is a simulation (Besides the fact, that shield woods should not be a part of it)

Look at that single fly out in his game log. A 93 mile per hour hit to center. That is not going out in many parks CF.

Now you can ask why is the Perfect Perfect only 93 MPH off the bat but that is a different question.

It was a rookie difficulty game at Bush Stadium and if by some chance he was using live series cards then Arenado's does not have great power (52 v R and 53 v L).

Yes, 93mph is a different thing. I had a PP-Flyout with Captain Tucker Lefty-Lefty at Minute Maid Park in Houston… Tier 3 Astros Boost on. With the full boost, he ist 101 contact and 88 power, so a balanced hitter … It was to dead center and I was behind by 5 Runs. It kinda made sense for me at that time

EDIT: I do not remember the pitcher but he could have had a high HR-rating too (which is very likely at the point of time we are at)
