The gameplay has been solid so far. However, I’ve had 7 perfect perfect flyouts to center field with players who have 110+ power. This needs to be fixed. If you hit a perfect perfect you should be rewarded, especially with a player with lots of power. This has been an issue for the past three years and seems to be getting worse.

I didn't go to the link, and I have mixed feelings about this subject. I don't mind if perfect perfect is NOT always a homer, but too many times the sound of a well hit ball that in real life would result in the crowd doing a "oooh" ends up with a routine grounder, lazy fly ball, or a pop up.

The results don't match what is happening on the field, because the field is so tiny they have to make the animation match what their sim says happened.

If I get the best possible contact result and they absolutely feel I was out, then at least make it look good. Instead of a routine ground ball, how about a hot smash into the gound, or a deep fly ball instead of the lazy fly ball I get.

And yes, perfect perfect should be at least a hit 80% of the time. Right now it feels like it is an OUT 80% of the time. Just because something happens in real baseball does not mean it happens every single time.

And how many times have you been at a game and heard the crack of the bat and think the ball is gone, only to see it die before it hits the wall? It happens in real life, and it happens in the game. A perfect/perfect is not THE perfect hit. It is perfect contact and perfect timing for where the bat met the ball.

Do yourself a favor, and read the thread from the link.

Well, in over 300 MLB games, and about 40 MILB games:

    ZERO.
