But not everyone wants to play online

I think that having cards be available online only is not good modern game design. Online play is best when its two people that actually want to play online instead of someone just trying to grind missions for the card. It can drive offline preferred people away from the game if their favorite players show up behind a tedious BR or event grind. Online players should be rewarded, but there are better ways to do so than card exclusivity.
Some ideas:
-Online earning should be faster
-Online earning should be sellable
-Online earning could be 2-4 weeks earlier
-Online cards could be a flashier version of the same card
-Online versions can go beyond p5You really started another profile in a different region to complain about online exclusive rewards? lol If the only reward online players would get is a "flashier" version of the same card, wheres the incentive for anyone to play online?
So ignore everything else and focus in on one thing? And yes, for people that actually enjoy playing online the flashier version of the card will be enough, along with all the packs, stubs, and especially the xp (which many would argue is the biggest incentive for much of 2024 anyway)
People that actually enjoy online would rather earn something playing ranked or Event than mini seasons so the incentive is still there anyway. I honestly think very few online players would be upset at all. Maybe the ones that sell the BR rewards? But event cards and Ranked cards were low value until s3 and everyone survived just fine.
I ignore everything else because its really just a bunch of ridiculous ideas but i'll address them now.
-Online earning should be faster (They'd have to reconfigure their drop schedule considering they do ranked programs in two separate mission updates. Not something they're likely to do just so you can avoid playing online.)
-Online earning should be sellable (They already are.)
-Online earning could be 2-4 weeks earlier (Again...they'd have to reconfigure their entire roadmap to appease you.)
-Online cards could be a flashier version of the same card (Still as lame as it was before.)
-Online versions can go beyond p5 (Pretty much the same as the "flashier card" idea. Once you have a team of 99s at P5, going beyond is useless overkill that does nothing but put a little number in the bottom left corner.)

I love how there are multiple people in the thread who would prefer all cards earnable offline and are willing to put in work to do it, but you are making it seem like I am some outlier.
The simple fact is if you need exclusive cards to reward people to play online than your online gameplay probably sucks. Sure, you need to give xp, stubs, and packs so people feel they still make progress, but exclusive card rewards? People still play mini seasons and conquest even when they dont offer cards (and they rarely do). People would still play online. And a lot of people that prefer offline would still do it for the xp and packs.

P5 is easy enough for everyone. They dont need to make it easier.
I don't care one much one way of the other but I would not say that it is "easy enough for everyone"
The problem is that for many of us we spend so much time swapping guys in and out of out squad for different programs that it is hard to play with one player enough to P5 them.
I play more than your average player but much less than the hardcore and I have only ever P5'd one player since the feature was introduced and that was a pitcher.
I think I have a few guys to P4 this year but I am doubting that I will get them to P5. but it's not that big of a deal to me. Another +1 to my attributes means almost nothing with the cards we are all using now. I also don't play online so I don't need to show off my P5s.

I'm a constant card swapper myself. I try to use most cards until p1. In fact, I'm playing 23 now and not locking anything in for a collection until its p1. I may go with that approach for 2025, depending on how much offline content they provide (2024 was lighter on that, particularly in the second half of the year)

JUST MAKE A BO JACKSON CARD PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Can't because EA won't let them considering EA has his exclusive rights only

Would love to see some more legend players. But for me, it's more stadium related...I'd like to see the Cookie Cutter Club added (Vet, Three Rivers, Fulton County, RFK), Tiger Stadium, Milwaukee County, Mistake by the Lake(Cleveland Muni), Jack Murphy/Qualcomm Stadium, and Candlestick all added.
I'm a "realistic stadium" creator, so I'd like to see things like adjustable foul territory, movable bullpens, ability to tinker with the height of the wall while keeping it online-eligible.
One idea I had in that regard was allow creators "wiggle room"- Where as long the distances stay within a set parameter (no less than the shortest MLB distance, like Fenway's 302 down the line to the pole, and it's 390 to straight away center) then it stays online eligible.
Wall ads, top-of-the-wall stripe, scoreboard wall inlays, more "angles" for seating in addition to the half and quarter round pieces...I'd love to see proper 45 and 90 degree pieces
Apply the ground trim coding to the wall so that nothing encroaches on the field causing the annoying red flash of doom

I hope the vintage stadiums are added and are priced more sensibly. In MLB The Show 21 or 22 they were around $1k each, if I remember correctly. It doesn't make any sense to price them at 10K. Really, though, I don't think there shouldn't be any prices on vintage stadiums. They're a historic aspect to the game.

Probably one of the biggest things that annoys me that they need to fix, is how small of a window you have sometimes to pause the game & be able to pinch hit or pinch run. I get there's a pitch clock or whatever, but it's just dumb how fast that option can gray out.
Also, the outfield wall texture for Wrigley Field on the switch has looked terrible all year. Yuck. Let's not make that mistake again.
