This is correct. Packs are send the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

I got a Jonas pack. I was shocked my code registered, as they said I wasn't logged in.

Got a Scouting Report pack today. All Millionaire packs (five, as I recall). No $1 million stubs win, unfortunately.

my five packs from the Scouting report were Millionaires that turned into 5 standard show packs. Someone else got my rock.

My scouting report pack was also millionaire packs with 2 standard packs and free stub vouchers

Mine came today. About 15k in stubs in the millionaires and a pack of useless fodder. I'll take it for free.

I got 5 MP's.
One gave a Flatliner, another a Ballin' is a Gold, the last a Blandard. The other 2 gave 5 and 3K stubs. Still never got at least the 75K voucher. Still grateful, though. -
