News came out today that Tropicana Field won't be ready for 2025. So wherever they end up playing, will there be enough time for SDS to design their temporary stadium in time for game release?

I doubt any of us know the answer to that.

They'll probably still have The Trop in the game.
Just like how they'll still probably have the A's stadium in the game.

My guess is SDS will redesign given their contract with MLB. This proves that stadiums don't take that long to design. It also shows that working up the full compliment of minor league stadiums wouldn't be that grand a toil either.

Based on recent history I think they will continue to have Tampa at the Trop. During the 2020 season the Blue Jays were forced to play home games in Dunedin and Buffalo for more than half the year. Neither TD Ballpark in Dunedin or Salen Field in Buffalo were added to the game, instead the Blue Jays continued at Rogers centre in the game.
Maybe they move Oakland to a new stadium, but that move has been known for almost a year and is not temporary in nature.

That situation was during COVID and therefore isn't really a match for the current situation. And since the decision (really a rather obvious one) has already been made with Tropicana Field, it gives SDS several months to figure it out.
