Transfer data from Ps4 To ps5

Hi I just bought a ps5 but ive been playing for a while on my ps4, when i installed the game on the new console, i have my unopen packs, stubs… but my rtts player is not there, when i enter to the game mode it appears like when you have to create your player from 0.

Is that normal? How do i recover all my progress made in this game in the past console? I still have it with me in case its need it

I haven't transferred from PS4 to PS5, but there's nothing in your cloud? It should show up as soon as you sign in, I think. Someone else might know better than me, though.
