CPU ball problem

Is it just me or is the cpu throwing a lot more balls than throwing strikes and hitting batters too? I play on hall of fame and legend difficulty and it is a big problem. I try every difficulty and different modes playing just the cpu and all of them have the same problems. On top of that if they aren't throwing balls the cpu is dotting your a@# like greg maddux on steroids it is super frustrating.

That’s CPU pitching in a nutshell. Either super wild or dotting you up even on lower difficulties.

I’ve been playing a bunch of Conquest lately. I’ve noticed the CPU pitching inside a TON more.

0-2 sliders have been plunking people with consistency all season long
There are definitely stretches where I struggle to score runs because there are very few pitches over the plate and tons of dotted [censored].
Coincidentally (probably) these time up frequently with double xp weekends. But then there are stretches where the CPU happily throws [censored] over the plate with regularity -
@Teak2112_MLBTS The 0-2 slider got me a couple of times. That is one of the frustrations things i have with this game is the cpu Is not being consistent. The cpu is all over the place when it comes to not only pitching but hitting to. And I'm usually a patient hitter but how the cpu has been pitching lately with throwing so many balls and dotting everything I have been swinging away a lot at everything lately because of it. I don't think I have strikeout looking so many times because it was a dotted pitch and I don't think I have hit so many pop ups because of it playing this game. And I thought sds already patch the problem with the cpu pitching but I cause it back again.

SDS have game sliders completely skewed. Not sure who sets that but it lacks by a mile. This is something they have control over. I'd personally think they'd realize that reviews of their game were pitiful enough and they'd manage, a bit better, what they can actually control. Yet... here we are.
