It's not a big problem. Just get your timing down and throw your pitches. Once you start throwing enough strikes and dotting they will stop cause it's not working. It's really not that bad comparatively.

It can only hurt the person doing it. Cant hurt the the pitching team. I love when they do it.

what could they do? Only thing I can think of is if someone repeatedly presses bunt after a few presses it lowers the batters contact and power......but coding may cause that on people just fake bunting in situations.

@Crimson_Monk_PSN Make it to where you can only square to bunt say 4 times in each ab. Cuts down on the problem significantly.

@GoozeFn_PSN ehh it distracts pitching and putting it to 4 bunt attempts per batter, i don't know any batter that really attempts that many times to bunt a runner in lol. But it is a suggestion but i like the idea just put it to 1 or 2 bunt attempts per at bat and not to mention that decreasing the PCI or contact n power would help alleviate the dreaded "bunt dancing". All very good suggestions, lets keep it going ; )!

@DGvsTheWorld_PSN 1 is definitely not fair. That means you can only offer at 1 pitch in an ab? I’d be ok with a decreasing pci size, but only after at least a few times. You shouldn’t be penalized for trying to bunt for say the first 2 strikes.

@GoozeFn_PSN Definitely just one or two bunt attempts per batter, that's what i was implying, not just one or two bunt attempts per inning. I bunt maybe at best twice, depending on the count I'm in.

@DGvsTheWorld_PSN So that means someone can’t try to bunt for all 3 strikes? I think that’s extreme.

@GoozeFn_PSN i understand where your coming at but to eliminate the "bunt dancing" u have to limit how many times your attempting it.

@DGvsTheWorld_PSN Yeah, but is it a big enough problem to not even allow people to try to hunt for 3 strikes? No. 3 is bare minimum. That doesn’t even include squaring and pulling back for a ball.

@DGvsTheWorld_PSN Another idea is only allowing you to square to bunt 1 time per pitch. I think that’s a better solution.

@GoozeFn_PSN i have maybe 400 Ranked games under my belt and i barely or ever see that many attempts per at bat. Maybe 2 bunt attempts max.

@DGvsTheWorld_PSN That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be able to legitimately try to bunt more than 2 times in one AB. So what will happen is if they see you trying to bunt a runner over and they don’t want to let them, they won’t throw a strike until you use up your 2 attempts. That’s causing a bigger problem than you’re trying to fix. 1 attempt per pitch fixes the problem without causing an even bigger problem.

There are just toxic players out there. So crazy how people get offended you got the best of them and will throw tantrums in the game. Don't let it get to you and do the best to control what you can. Let them bunt dance and do your best to strike them out. Controlling emotions is a big part of this game. I have gotten to the point where you can do whatever , take forever to pitch, pause forever, its all good. I just multitask and keep myself occupied while the imature players freak out for a bit before resuming the game. I have seen if you dont feed into it they usually stop. If not just do your best to beat them and have the satisfaction of a W.

@HorrorAssassin9_PSN No, I’m going to match that toxic behavior and step it up. It’s going to be the longest game possible from my end if you want to play like that.
