Completed TA Divisions

Has anyone else tried going into their completed TA and get an unhandled server error message

I finished conquest this morning and completed all six at the same time with no issues.
I havent opened the 30 packs of TA cards yet though.

Only poping up for me on the AL Central

Popped up for me on NL East but not AL West,I have both 100%
