Wild Cards in Season 3 & Cornerstone Captain Changes
-
Greetings,
We have a few updates regarding Wild Card slots in Season 3, and some changes to Cornerstone Captains.
You may have noticed you have Wild Card slots after earning them in Season 2. Those will remain in your squad for Season 3.
If you don't have all four unlocked, you can earn more in the Season 3 Collection, but the max is four total Wild Card slots.
We've also made changes to the following Captains to boost primary position hitters only, and no longer boost primary position pitchers, with the exception of two-way players who fit the criteria:
- 88 Cornerstone Corbin Carroll
- 93 Cornerstone Oneil Cruz
Thank you.

This is nice to hear! Elly, Niko, J-Roll, & Senga remain!!!

By any chance did you make it so Wildcards count as Season 3 eligible for earning XP toward programs?

I know a lot of the TA missions do not specify s3 eligible, havent checked the Season Award
edit: the TN/SA specific missions are still sadly S3 eligible required. Awkward. General missions are not however.

At least the TA missions aren't.

Which works well with the classic mini season refresh
I was a little bummed that the conquest was s3 required but the rewards are worth it and I have some new cards to use in it (Banks, the two hyper cards from the 20k pack) so its completely fine -
-
Why on earth do you let S1 and S2 cards earn progress towards TA, but you make the Conquest S3 Eligible only...
-
LOL I forgot SDS had an "Associate Community Manager." Possibly because this is only the 5th post since March.
-
@GixxerRyder750_PSN gonna unlock all the cards playing vs cpu games then go new conquest or could boost live series cards with devers kershaw Castillo Carroll boosts or theme captains and go that way
-
@MrNintendo_MLBTS didn’t get the dog map done when had strong season 2 team now have to unlock some season 3 cards to go with wild cards or use live series but fine with that

So only 3 WC slots available in season 3 permanently? Like we just SOL if we didn't play in season 2?
