Fielding needs a serious fix

Never in the 10+ years of playing this game have I seen such lousy fielding. Between bobbles, outfielders dropping the ball, poor throws and even fielders on a pop-up just "sliding" underneath it instead of walking or taking steps underneath it, its ridiculous.
The next patch needs to contain serious refinement to fielding.
