Can't use Chapter 3 Bosses in Mini Seasons???

Has anyone else had an issue with not being able to use chapter 3 bosses in Mini Seasons? I just started a new season. I have earned three bosses so far and none are available with editing my roster for the first game. They are not in the lineup, not on the bench, and not an option to sub.

Which mini season? Also, you can have the CPU generate a lineup for you and edit from there, which usually fixes roster issues.

@BJDUBBYAH_PSN It is the Career Mini Season, the latest one where you earn Jason Heyward. I did have the computer generate the lineup and that is where I could not find the new bosses.

For me, Niko Goodrum doesn't show up. Neither does the 99 Jackson Holiday, when I try to sub them in. Im 18 games into my season, but theyre missing, even after I let the CPU generate my lineup to start the season.
I have HOF Griffey, Chipper, and Mauer in my lineup, so they're available. I even see Helton available as I check for a 1B sub, to test things. -
They aren't eligible for that mini season, only certain series are. I am not at the game to see which are at the moment, but I think it is core, hall of fame, milestone, awards , and draft.

@ugadawgs620_PSN that mini season is restricted to 3 or 4 card series. Action Figure is not one of them.
