Not sure why i'm suprised, this is just par for the course this year, rip off the fan base. I don't even know why i'm still playing this year. Even if it had been a card i already owned i could have sold it for 5k but noooo of course not.

It's happening to everyone, currently watching someone stream on YouTube and the comments on there is the same thing. Didn't get the player came up as a white screen and sent them out of the pack screen

I got Tim Raines with the first pack and quick sold him. Then opened the Shark map again and got another pack and got the new headliner.

So I didn't do the Shark map yet, I opened up the map tonight and it gave me the guaranteed headliner pack so what I'm wondering if I do the map w I will I still get it from completing the one mission in the map?

I guess people who haven't done the map will get 2. I was busy doing other things around the house earlier when everything dropped and wasn't able to get on til later so just started doing the Shark map

Update, I opened the guaranteed headliner pack that I got when I opened the conquest shark map and pulled Rob Nenn but went to go and sell him but it's an unsellable pack

So I'm a bit confused. Is the problem fixed then? I haven't started the map yet because I read about this issue and was waiting for a fix

Yes the problem is fixed, I didn't do the map right away either when I heard that the pack was glitched but started it last night and got a guaranteed headliner pack just by opening the map and it looks like you can get the other one still by completing the Giants and Cubs strongholds
