Season Reward path xp not being updated

I have played several days in a row in different programs, single player, multi player, etc and the xp is not updating. Why would this happen and how do you fix it?

Uninstall and reinstall the game that should work

@sbchamps17_NSW I was going to do that, but can't find my mlb24 disk. Grandkids probably ran off with it at some point...

Try shutting down the console and turning it back on.

Sorry. Maybe put in a ticket. But I think you're going to need to do what @sbchamps17_NSW stated.
If you can't find your original disc; maybe you can get a cheap used one at GS.

Im confused. If you play the game or installed using the disc, you dont need the disc to play the game? When did they change that ? Always thought ya needed the disc if ya installed using the disc

far as i know only some of the files are D/L'd from the disc , so the disc is required to have a functioning game , when you install digital the intire package is installed

@warrior-num-6_PSN As mentioned above, you can't play the game w/o the disc in the system if it's a disc-based game. Are you sure the disc isn't already in the system? You said you are a grandpa, so maybe it's a senior moment thing, I have them all the time. It's either that or you purchased the online version of the game.

@whiplash0013_PSN You are right!!! Senior moment for sure. I bought the digital version so that explains why I can't find the disk....I hate it when I do that, but at least I can get game fixed and back to earning my xp. Thanks!!!

Reinstall completed and problem solved. Now I need to reinstall my brain to stop having my senior moments. Lol...

Glad the XP issue is resolved. Good luck with the Senior Moment thing, it is only downhill from here.
