Foul ball at bats by CPU
-
I’m sorry this needs to be FIXED ASAP. The amount of at bats the CPU has against me with 10+ foul balls is out of control. It’s legitimately five plus batters a game that are fouling off 8-10 pitches and it is BS and unrealistic and honestly just not fun. I pitch on All Star because Varsity couldn't put the ball in play to save their lives and they also foul an unrealistic amount on that difficult as well. Holy moly please fix this.

It's just a game calm down, just pitch better because I don't have any of those problems with foul balls

No [censored] it’s just a game tough guy. Which is why it needs to be fixed. Idgaf what you say when 8 different batters a game are fouling off 10 pitches an at bat. THAT makes the “game” not fun. -
Or maybe learn to pitch better
-
Well, that escalated quickly.

I must be the only one who doesn't have problems with foul balls. It's not hard to pitch to the CPU

I have them often. They will even swing and foul off my pitch when to ball is over a foot off the plate. It kills my pitcher from pitching late into the game. My pitcher will have 80+ pitches going into the 5th inning. I at least want him to finish 5 innings to get the win.
I sure do not want to just keep grooving the ball and allowing the CPU to hit them and hope for a out every now and then. I pitch around the corners, high, low and try to make them swing at bad pitches. I walk around 2 batters a game. -
I don't have a problem with CPU foul balls, I do get the ABs where they get stuck in foul ball mode but after the 3rd straight foul I throw one far off the plate, after that the AB proceeds as if nothing had happened.

Curious, what was ur guys K/9? And what was the hitters contact? Was it on simulation?
-
Mine is on simulation. I have timing set down 1 or two clicks to the left trying to avoid the foul balls after foul balls....I do not think that helps at all. If memory serves me right, I think the longest AB was 26 or 27 pitches long. Most times they fall between the 10 -12 pitch range. The other thing I have noticed is when you get two outs the next batter you face has tremendous contact ability. This is when I get most of these long, long at bats.
I have a high K ratio with my pictures. The best time was I had a pitcher with 11 strike outs through 5 innings but the game was delayed for rain and he wasn't sharp after that delay and i had to take him out. -

I will have to try that next time. Throw one behind the batter or into the mesh behind the plate LOL
