Invalid token

We connect the account, then it says error!
"Access is denied due to invalid user token."
What does this mean? How can we get past this? Playing the show24 on switch. So frustrated!

We are having the same issue since making the account. Been reporting it for 4 days now & haven't recieved an email yet.
